The Modern Enslavement of The Black Community in America

As we draw close to the pivotal 2022 midterm election in November, many are discussing the electoral trend of the Hispanic community away from the Democrat, progressive socialist party. When I was Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas, I assessed that the reason why the Rio Grande Valley was blue was because we had not engaged with them. I remember being in Del Rio, Texas, at a Hispanic church for a showing of the documentary "Uncle Tom." There were those who asked, “Why show a documentary about black conservatism in the RGV?” The answer was simple--to show the Hispanic community what the Democrat Party had done to the Black community and let them know that if not careful, the same would happen to the Hispanic community.

Today we are witnessing a modern-day enslavement of the Black community on a 21st century economic plantation. We do not hear pundits talking about the black electorate because the black electorate is being destroyed and made irrelevant. Yes, I know, it was Rep. Jim Clyburn in South Carolina and the black Democrat vote there that saved Joe Biden's presidential campaign...but why?

Under former President Trump, black unemployment hit an all-time low. Historic black colleges and universities (HBCUs) received financial assistance. Black small businesses were prioritized and there was even a major criminal justice reformation. Mind you, none of this occurred under the so-called first Black president. No, not Bill Clinton, but rather Barack Obama.

Just recently, Kamala Harris spoke before the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), an organization founded by white progressive socialists back at the turn of the century -- Mary White Ovington, Henry Moskowitz, William English Walling, and Oswald Garrison Villard. They selected a black man named W.E.B. DuBois as the face. DuBois was an avowed leftist who would eventually renounce his U.S. citizenship and fully embrace communism. At this gathering instead of addressing the harm done to the "advancement" of the black community, VP Harris decided to advance abortion. She made the comparison to slavery, of course not mentioning that the physical enslavement of Blacks in America was part of the Democrat party history.

The murder of unborn babies in America has had the most adverse effect on the black community, which only makes up 13% of the American population. The Black community in America is no longer the second largest demographic; it has been overtaken by the Hispanic community. Over 35% of the murder of unborn babies in America are done by some 7% of the American population--black women. And let's not forget who the founder of Planned Parenthood was, a white supremacist, racist, eugenicist named Margaret Sanger who referred to Blacks as undesirables and human weeds full of disease. 

Those black lives do not matter in the modern enslavement of the Black community.

It is not just the murdering of black babies in the womb. Every major urban center, controlled by Democrats, can boast of astounding levels of shootings and murders of Blacks. I’ve got to ask, when was the last time Chicago Mayor Lightfoot, or any other mayor of a major urban center, especially Black ones, decried this violence...or for that matter BLM? They do not because there is little care or concern that blacks are slaughtering blacks; that just does not fit the political narrative. Sadly, it took a woman of color, Arabella Foss-Yarbrough of Minneapolis to condemn BLM protestors who were against a black man being shot after firing shots into her kitchen while she was cooking for her two Black children. 

Heck, Joe Biden was on a show with a Black commentator when he said that "if you do not vote for me, you ain't Black." Of course, there was no challenge from the commentator, just like there was no response when Biden said, "they gonna put y'all back in chains" in 2016.

The only political organization that has ever put Blacks in America in chains is the Democrat Party, be them physical or metaphysical chains.

Denying school choice in the inner cities and relegating black children to failing public schools is an example of enslavement. Once the Democrats stood outside the doors of education preventing black kids from entering...now they stand inside the doors and prevent them from leaving for better educational opportunities.

Look at Baltimore, and witness the utter despair and degradation of humanity. The lack of thriving small businesses, or even grocery stores, has had a detrimental effect on health in the Black community.  Successful businesses are thwarted because crime is allowed to run rampant, all because the left is more concerned with criminal rights than those of law-abiding Black citizens. Remember it was a Black man, Otis McDonald, who sued the City of Chicago, all the way to the Supreme Court, so he could be armed and protect himself in his own home.

The enslavement of the Black community in America is a tragic occurrence. It is enabled by charlatans and modern-day plantation overseers who benefit from the abysmal situations Blacks face. And of course, these are the same individuals who will assail those who have escaped this new plantation, wishing to not return. 

I will close with the sage words of my ideological mentor, Booker T. Washington, “There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs."

Just the same as there were tribes in Africa who sold other Africans to white slavers...history is repeating itself before our eyes. I just pray that more in the Black community will have the scales fall from their eyes and embrace the shackle-breaking constitutional freedoms, rights, and liberties that America affords them.

Which Is Worse-Biden Border Policy-Or-China Infiltration of America?

 

China’s Exploitation of Biden’s Border Insecurity

One aspect of America’s border insecurity has largely escaped media attention but poses a dire threat: China’s massive campaign to infiltrate American public and private institutions in an effort to sap from them strategic intelligence and intellectual property in aid of China’s quest for global dominion.  The United States is inundated with spies for China.  In addition to tech and intelligence theft, Chinese spies are discovering and aiding in means to disrupt essential American infrastructures vital to energy production, water treatment, web communication, and national security.

Every Chinese citizen, company, and enterprise destined for interaction with American citizens, businesses, universities, laboratories, and non-profits understands from China’s Ministry of State Security and domestic laws that each must serve the motherland by spying on, stealing from, and otherwise interfering with enterprises in the United States when called upon by the CCP to do so.  Indeed, state approval for visas to America and interaction with Americans and American businesses hinges on each Chinese citizen’s comprehension of a legal duty to aid China in espionage and statecraft.  Failure to obey requests made of China’s citizens abroad by China’s Ministry of State Security yields severe consequences.  

Through a series of actions against America’s vital national interests--and through repeated instances of inaction in the face of new and expanding threats--the Biden Administration is effectively complicit with China’s campaign to sap America’s intellectual property and strategic intelligence.  If the Biden Administration truly meant to defend the United States, it would have taken immediate and significant steps to counteract China’s massive espionage and exploitation campaign.  With its effective open border policy, however, President Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas invite all manner of destructive elements to invade the United States and wreak havoc here, not least of which are terrorists and foreign agents.  Biden’s utter failure to stem the tide of Chinese theft of intellectual property and strategic intelligence is but part of this larger national security disaster whereby he leaves America defenseless against all manner of nefarious elements entering into the country and defenseless against loss of the vital technological, military, and strategic advantages we must maintain to prevent China from surpassing the United States as the world’s superpower.  

By contrast, President Trump not only took action to secure our Southern Border but also approved several specific measures to counteract China’s espionage and theft campaign in the United States, among them: his DOJ’s “China Initiative” (which identified and prosecuted agents of China engaged in trade secret theft, hacking, and economic espionage and protected from nefarious compromise American infrastructure and supply chains); his ban on CCP surveillance via CCP-connected entities WeChat and TikTok; and his refusal to grant licenses for CCP-connected Huawei to purchase hundreds of millions of dollars of auto chips.  Biden has systematically removed those impediments to illicit Chinese operations.  He has proven by his actions and inactions that he is an enabler of the Chinese communist regime, at the direct and palpable expense of the United States. 

Biden has enabled China’s massive espionage and exploitation campaign despite the stark reality that China has, uniquely, weaponized its citizens, businesses, universities, and public policy groups and associations—all having social, economic, educational, military, technological, or political ties to Americans and American firms--to steal American intelligence and technology and disrupt American business, communications, military and government.  While Trump fought back against these threats, Biden has vigorously waived a white flag in the face of CCP’s aggression, making the United States more vulnerable than ever to China.

China intelligence expert Nicholas Eftimiades, who spent 34 years in key positions at the CIA, the U.S. Department of State, and the Defense Intelligence Agency, explains in Chinese Espionage: Operations and Tactics that while other nations of the world use intelligence gathering to identify and counteract threats to their national security, China uses espionage for the broader purpose of stealing trade secrets, technology, and strategic intelligence to augment its domestic efforts to dominate world markets, establish military supremacy, and further its goal of global domination.  China obeys none of the norms of international behavior or law, routinely breaking all laws that interfere with its access to the means by which it may control the world.  Unlike other nations which gather intelligence through professional intelligence services and agents, the CCP weaponizes its people and firms under threat of severe sanctions for disobedience with CCP commands.  Eftimiades explains: “The CCP uses all elements of society to support its global espionage elements” (inducting into the global criminal enterprise everyone from individual Chinese citizens visiting the United States to university professors, think tank members, overseas educational program members and participants, student association members and participants, exchange students, etc.).  

Eftimiades explains that in “2014, 2015, and 2017, the National People’s Congress and State Council made public the requirement that all Chinese citizens and companies operating in China or Chinese companies abroad) must collaborate in gathering intelligence.”  Indeed, Article 22 of China’s Counter-Espionage Law and Article 7 of China’s National Intelligence Law compel Chinese citizens and organizations to serve state intelligence as it requests or suffer severe punishment.  China has legally compelled its entire country to rove the world and copy, steal, and export back to China everything of potential economic, political, military, and strategic value. If China cannot invent its way to global supremacy, it plans to claw, copy, and steal its way to that supremacy.

Given the enormity of this threat (including the weaponization of Chinese citizens bound for the United States), it is clear that the Biden Administration through commission and omission is enabling China’s expansion of espionage and intellectual property theft operations in the United States, doing so by liberally keeping our borders open and disabling Trump Administration counterespionage programs.  

Rather than invite our destruction, as Biden is so willingly doing, he should act promptly to protect our nation by securing our borders and acting against China’s use of its own citizens as agents of espionage and theft.  At a minimum, in light of China’s weaponization of its citizens to spy on the United States, he should prohibit emigration to the United States of Chinese nationals and deport all present here except for those who genuinely seek asylum and American citizenship, upon renunciation of their citizenship in the Peoples Republic of China and proof of a consistent history of compliance with American laws.

Josh Hawley Calls Out TSA for Allowing Illegal Migrants to Use Arrest Warrants on Planes

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) interrogated Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Administrator David Pekoske for allowing illegal migrants to use arrest warrants as a form of identification when flying across the country. 

During Pekoske's confirmation hearing, he was questioned on the agency's policy that permits civil "warrants" issued for immigration violations to be used as identification needed to board a flight, according to a letter. 

Pekoske said that under 1,000 migrants have used civil arrest warrants or deportation notices as identification at airports. 

In response, Hawley asked for a reason for dismissing the legal status of migrants when screening migrants through TSA. 

"So we aren't looking at whether a person is legal or illegal in the country," Pekoske told Hawley, adding, "Because our role is to make sure that people that might pose a risk to transportation that's significant enough to either require enhanced screening or to not allow them to fly." 

Hawley continued to question whether Pekoske is at all concerned about the person's security after confirming his position of "someone who is known to have violated the laws of the United States." 

Pekoske got defensive claiming that travelers who have broken U.S. laws fly every day but that the agency looks at what relates to transportation security. 

However, Peksoke asserted that the TSA properly screens migrants for national security threats. 

"And you don't think someone who is, by definition, somebody who presents a warrant for arrest, you don't think that that necessitates screening?" Hawley said, continuing to grill Pekoske. 

Following the hearing, Hawley made a good point for legal, law-abiding U.S. citizens to think about the next time they are waiting in line at the airport.

States Must Declare an Invasion at the Southern Border

America is being invaded and President Joe Biden, “Border Czar” Vice President Kamala Harris, and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas are directly responsible.

The Constitution requires that the federal government protect the states from invasion (Article 4, Section 4). It also permits states to act without permission of the federal government when states are under imminent threat (Article 1, Section 10).

The number of people entering America illegally, the amount of drugs pouring across our border, and the damage they are causing are evidence of an invasion.

This invasion is organized and purposeful. Mexican criminal cartels control our border. They are highly organized and make billions of dollars from their human smuggling, human trafficking, and drug trafficking operations.

The cartels plan and intentionally send illegal border crossers into our country at specified locations, at designated times, and in particular groups. 

For instance, I’ve been at the southern border when a group of several hundred have crossed the border and surrendered, occupying several Border Patrol agents with arresting, processing, and transporting the group for hours. Meanwhile, at a different location, another smaller group of drug and human smugglers is crossing and the Border Patrol doesn’t have the resources to interdict them.

And, finally, another key indicator that America is being invaded is the harm and threat that the flood of illegal aliens poses to the United States.

In June, more than 207,000 illegal aliens were encountered (surrendered or interdicted) at the border. Tens of thousands more entered America and successfully avoided arrest.

Among those who entered were undoubtedly murders, rapists, and other violent criminals.

The number of individuals encountered on the terrorist watchlist set in Fiscal Year 2021 has already been shattered by multiples in Fiscal Year 2022.

A record amount of dangerous drugs such as fentanyl have been seized this year, but we are only stopping approximately 5-10% of the drugs coming across our border.

Last year, more than 100,000 chemical poisonings of Americans resulted in death. These are poisonings because they are deliberate. China manufactures and ships the precursor drugs to Mexican drug cartels. The cartels make the fentanyl pills and ship them to the United States. The pills are designed to look like prescription drugs. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency has found that 40% of all fentanyl pills seized contain a lethal amount of fentanyl.

More than 3 million illegal aliens have entered the country on the watch of Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas. Tens of thousands of Americans have died while this trio of dangerous people have encouraged the invasion of our country by eliminating every policy and ignoring every law that secures our borders.

The Democrats support this invasion. Republicans in Congress, while in the minority in the House and Senate, have tools to counter the Biden regime’s reckless destruction of our sovereignty. The most effective tool is to block must-pass legislation unless border security policies are included in the legislation.

For example, the Biden Administration needed votes from Republicans to get its recent, disastrous military funding bill passed. Instead of holding up the bill until border security measures were included, most Republicans voted for the massive spending bill and its “woke” provisions. Cynically, many of my colleagues voted for the bill because their individual districts were getting some kind of federal dollars. 

This is a problem because America is being invaded. Republicans are in the minority and rarely have the opportunity to impose our will on a piece of must-pass legislation.

In the meantime, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has issued an official opinion that Arizona is being invaded. Several Texas counties have done likewise.

States constitutionally can and must act because the federal government has not only vacated the field of border security, but has advocated for the invasion and abrogation of our laws.

Arizona’s legislature has committed $500 million to the border security issue, and Texas has spent even more.

The law requires that no contraband or person can illegally cross our border. The federal government is in violation of the constitution and statutes.

Since the federal government is facilitating the invasion, states must fill the breach. 

And, when Republicans get the majority of the House and Senate, we must hold those responsible for this invasion, accountable.
