Trump: Victim of a Radically Transformed Federal Judiciary

The judicial persecution of Donald Trump has exposed the blatant political bias that animates many Federal District Court judges. Packing the Federal Judiciary at all levels with left-wing judges is the cornerstone of the Marxist Democrat Party strategy to permanently transform America.  If they win the presidency in 2024, they will have succeeded in packing the Federal Judiciary by the end of the term on January 20, 2029.  

This process began in earnest with Barack Obama. He came into office determined to fill the judiciary with left-wing judges, and he succeeded, as virtually every one of his appointments has revealed their bias and leftist ideology while serving on the various courts. Joe Biden has followed in Obama’s footsteps by nominating equally if not more ideologically bound left-wing judges.

The following federal judges are not animated by upholding the law or the Constitution but instead are motivated by political considerations and their allegiance to statist ideology.

District Judge Beryl Howell (Obama appointee) coordinated with the Department of Justice to deny Trump his constitutional rights and indict him on specious criminal charges pertaining to document retention and January 6^th, 2021. She deliberately, knowingly and egregiously violated his due process rights.

District Judge Tanya Chutkin, (Obama appointee) who is overseeing the trial of Donald Trump in Washington D.C., has unapologetically made numerous incendiary comments about Trump nor has she hidden her bias and willingness to work with the Justice Department in delaying trials and sentencing January 6^th protesters to extraordinary long and unjustified jail terms. She is now, at the behest of the Biden Justice Department, accelerating the trial date for Trump in order to torpedo his candidacy and ability to win the general election.

District Judge Beth Lapson Freeman (Obama appointee) claimed that an ordinance passed by the San Jose, California city council mandating all gun owners in the city be required to purchase liability insurance did not violate the 2^nd Amendment, thus placing an impediment to gun ownership in clear violation of the language of the 2^nd Amendment which states: “…the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

District Judge Jon Tigar (Obama appointee) ruled that U.S. immigration authorities cannot deny asylum to migrants regardless of how they arrive at the U.S.-Mexico border nor can they be forced to wait in Mexico, thereby eviscerating any viable immigration enforcement at the Southern border.

District Court Judge Deborah Boardman, (Biden appointee) recently ruled that parents do not have the right to opt their children out of mandatory LGBTQ+ lessons or classes in public schools in a gross violation of their First Amendment rights.

There are 667 District Court judges throughout the United States. Obama and Biden (to date) have appointed 371 with 63 vacancies that Biden will, with a Democrat-controlled Senate, fill before the end of his term. Thus, between Obama and Biden they will have appointed 434 judges or nearly two thirds of all District Court seats.

The only check on the District Court judges are the Circuit Courts of Appeal and ultimately the Supreme Court. However, the appeals process is lengthy and oftentimes drawn out. For example, if Trump were to be found guilty of any of the innumerable charges against him, he would almost certainly win an appeal, but by the time the appeal is heard or ruled on the 2024 election would be far in the rear-view mirror.

Currently among Circuit Court of Appeals judges nearly half have been appointed by Republicans as have six of the nine Supreme Court justices. Which is why the Circuit Courts, and the Supreme Court are currently the last bastion of constitutional governance and liberty as well as the primary target of the American Marxists.

Based on historical averages, if Biden or any Democrat wins the 2024 election he or she will appoint upwards of 170 District Court judges and nearly 35+ Circuit Court of Appeals judges by 2028. Resulting in as many as 595 District Court judges, or 89% of the bench, and 126 Circuit Court of Appeals judges, or 70% of the bench, being appointed by a Marxist-controlled White House since 2008 -- thus transforming the entire Federal Judiciary into a de facto enforcement arm of the Democrat Party.

Additionally, the two oldest and most conservative Supreme Court justices, Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito, will be 80 and 78 years old respectively by 2028, thus opening up the distinct possibility of the Democrats appointing their replacements, thus swinging the Court to the radical Left and abetting the implementation of the American Marxist political and societal agenda.

The prospect of a grossly compromised judicial system is the death knell for this or any civilized nation, as injustice will be directed at virtually anyone who oppose the policies of a one-party socialist state or who dares to contest any manipulated election the party in power wins. When there is no fair and equitable justice system, the inescapable outcome is violence and national disintegration.

This nation is perilously close to that inevitability. If the judiciary is captive to the Marxists, there is no turning back.

 

An absolute destructive situation - terrorism (ISIS) and an illegal alien invasion of foreigners - can only spell trouble for our once great Republic.

 

Smuggler with ties to ISIS helped migrants cross into US from Mexico: Report

The FBI is investigating a dozen Uzbek nationals who have been allowed into the U.S. after they previously sought asylum at the Mexican border. The investigation was sparked after U.S. intelligence officials discovered the migrants had apparently traveled with the help of a smuggler who reportedly has ties to ISIS.

CNN reported that the FBI has not yet identified an ISIS plot, but it is still trying to "identify and assess" all the individuals who gained entrance into the country, per national security spokesman Adrienne Watson. The authorities are also carefully tracking a group of migrants as possible criminal threats.

The situation was so pressing that a classified intelligence report made it into the morning briefing books of President Joe Biden's top Cabinet officials. The development seems to reveal how the U.S. border is vulnerable to terrorists who could sneak into the country by hiding within the groups of migrants entering the country to seek asylum.

Meetings among top national security and administration officials have taken place as a result of the situation at the border.

A group of migrants from Uzbekistan requested asylum in the U.S. earlier this year. While they were initially screened by the Department of Homeland Security, CNN reports that there "was no information in any of the intelligence community's databases that raised any red flags and the people were all released into the U.S. pending a court date."

The FBI only learned about the potential dangers later on, when they discovered a member of the human smuggling network helping Uzbek nationals travel to the U.S. had connections to ISIS.

The government agency also worked with Turkish authorities, who arrested the smuggler and others within his network at the behest of the U.S. The report stated the U.S. had acquired information from the smuggler that has been able to help in the investigation.

“There was no indication — and remains no indication — that any of the individuals facilitated by this network have a connection to a foreign terrorist organization or are engaged in plotting a terrorist attack in the United States,” Watson said.

She continued: "We continually assess our security architecture to ensure that we are best poised to respond to threats to the homeland."

“Moreover, we will continue to constantly recalibrate our screening, vetting, and processing of those encountered entering the United States to ensure that we are taking into account the most up-to-date information at our disposal and with an unyielding commitment to protecting Americans and the homeland from the full range of potential threats.”

Watson also said the U.S. is working with foreign partners to help shut down travel routes used by the smuggling network.

U.S. officials mentioned that they do not believe the individual with connections to ISIS is actually part of the terror group, but that he may operate as a contractor who has sympathies with the organization.

“While the FBI has not identified a specific terrorism plot associated with foreign nationals who recently entered the United States at the southern border, we always work with our field offices across the country, as well as our domestic and international partners, to identify any potential illegal activity or terrorism threats,” the FBI said.

The FBI has not yet tracked down all the individuals the agency believes may have used the smuggling network to get into the U.S.

Republicans have consistently criticized Biden on the security at the border. This incident could present possible issues for Biden as the 2024 presidential election nears.

 

Illegal immigration will eventually bring our once great Republic to its knees - and our apathetic citizens will suffer the horrible consequences!

 

A taste of their own medicine

There is yet another beneficial aspect to the bussing of illegals to welcoming, open-armed blue destinations that hasn’t yet been mentioned.

A large part of the purpose in allowing illegals into the country involves using them to punish and harass the working and middle classes – particularly the White elements.

There’s nothing new here. This has been the agenda since the second phase of the civil rights movement began in the 1970s. Forced bussing was largely intended to punish blue-collar Boston Whites, and Affirmative Action was deliberately designed to antagonize the largest possible number of White job and higher education seekers.

So there’s no mystery as to why illegals have been brought into the country and then deliberately dispatched to blue-collar and middle-class towns across the U.S. Things like that don’t just happen, comrades – they’re made to happen.

This takes on a particularly sinister edge when we consider the number of active professional criminals being brought in from Central American countries -- particularly members of El Salvador’s MS-13, one of the most vicious, murderous gangs on the face of the earth. Since the 60s, the Left has considered career criminals to be the spearhead of the “revolutionary vanguard,” crucial in creating the social chaos and terror that would lead to a revolutionary situation that they, the leftist elite, could take advantage of. (It’s no coincidence that many of the founders of MS-13 were deeply involved in El Salvador’s civil war.) Wokies don’t just want Whities to suffer -- they want to hear them scream while they do.

That’s why it’s important – and a good thing – for governors Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis to rub the urban elite’s noses into their own mess. For decades the metro political machines have exported their own social and legal problems to exurban and rural areas. It’s about time the tables were turned. One tip, though: the best picks for a long bus ride would be men with facial tattoos. San Francisco, NYC, and LA would appreciate them most of all.
