The current fraudulent federal administration has broken more immigration laws than any administration in the history of our once great Republic!

Illegals fly free--and secretly

By Mike McDaniel  www.americanthinker.com

By the time Joe Biden’s term ends, if it ends, no fewer than 10 million illegal aliens, many of them criminals and the insane, hundreds of thousands of terrorists and spies, even members of China’s military, will be within America’s borders. Terrorist attacks on a previously unimaginable scale are a certainty, so likely even our feckless FBI director is warning of them, surely to cover his bureaucratic posterior. Should Biden steal a second term, America will no longer resemble America. But voting with one’s feet is far from the only way illegals breach our borders with the help of Biden’s Handlers:

(Click title to view post)

In response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, the feds have admitted that in 2023 alone they secretly flew 320,000 illegal aliens into the United States. [skip]

Included in details of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit first reported by Todd Bensman, the Center for Immigration Studies found Biden's CBP approved the latest secretive flights that transported hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from foreign countries into at least 43 different American airports from January through December 2023.

That's 320,000 in 2023 alone to which they’ll admit. The flights, carrying numbers unknown, continue. The information was obtained only by way of FOIA because these flights, usually in unmarked aircraft,  are kept strictly secret and land only at night. The Administration does this through an app that allows illegals to apply for those flights. Unvetted, they are flown directly into America at no cost, bypassing public scrutiny and cameras depicting them freely crossing our “secure” and “closed” borders. Americans forced to evacuate hostile nations due to the foreign policy idiocy of the Biden Administration have to cough up airfare in advance, when the State Department can be roused to arrange a flight or two. Illegals, once here, are routinely flown and bussed across the country to destinations of their choice, also at taxpayer expense. Americans are not impressed:

Rasmussen, whose polls slightly overweight Democrats, asked, “It was recently reported that the Biden administration had a program of international flights that last year transported more than 300,000 illegal immigrants to U.S. airports. Do you approve or disapprove of this program?” Some 25% approved, 60% disapproved.

Overall, voters also panned Biden’s border policies. Asked to rate his handling of the crisis, 28% said good to excellent and 70% said fair too poor, with 53% declaring it “poor.”

Even 39% of Democrats are opposed. What that says about the 61% that aren’t is as despicable as it is unsurprising, unsurprising because they see illegals as future—as soon as the 2024 election—Democrat voters. But wouldn’t that be illegal?  Only citizens can legally vote. Right. Only living people are supposed to be able to vote too. The old Chicago exhortation—“vote early; vote often”—applies. And by some unfathomable coincidence, the dead virtually always vote Democrat. It must be something about the afterlife.

Biden’s Handlers have already rigged the Census to count not just citizens, but illegals, increasing Democrat House seats increasingly depleted by the millions of Americans fleeing blue states.

So low have American’s expectations of government and our essential institutions become, we tend to view such things not with revolutionary outrage, but resignation. Each new illegal, unconstitutional, immoral usurpation is greeted with gallic shrugs and disgusted groans. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris blatantly lie, calling the border “secure” and “closed,” but because Americans aren’t yet ready to take up arms, they groan and suppress their anger, understanding our President and Vice President cannot be trusted.

Nor can the Senate. When DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, another serial border liar, was impeached, the Democrat-ruled Senate refused to do its constitutional duty to try him, and simply dismissed the articles of impeachment. It has been more than 150 years since a cabinet secretary was impeached, so it’s not as though it’s a common, political ploy.

What’s next? Giving illegals free room and board, cell phones, work permits, displacing veterans and the needy, taking over school facilities and lying about all of that? Oh. Right. The Administration is already doing that too.

It’s a truism to say America is a nation of immigrants, but never before have we imported them unvetted, by air, with taxpayer dollars from the brokest nation in history. Never before have we not expected them to pay their own way and to assimilate.

When that bill comes due, who will be left to pay it and what with?

Thank heaven! Judiciary finally does the right thing! It's amazing what 'citizens' must do to declare their 'Bill of Rights'!

Prosecutors will not retry Arizona rancher accused of killing Mexican national

By Misty Severi  April 29, 2024 justthenews.com

A judge declared the mistrial against George Alan Kelly last week, after the jury failed to secure a unanimous verdict over whether Kelly was responsible for the death of Mexican national Gabriel Cuen-Baltimea.

Arizona prosecutors on Monday announced that they would not seek a retrial in the shooting of a Mexican national, after a judge declared a mistrial in the case over a locked jury.

A judge declared the mistrial against George Alan Kelly last week, after the jury failed to secure a unanimous verdict over whether Kelly was responsible for the death of Gabriel Cuen-Baltimea, who was found fatally shot on Kelly’s ranch near the southern border on Jan. 30, 2023. Kelly had been accused of second-degree murder.

Prosecutors with the Santa Cruz County Attorney’s Office were allowed to do a retrial of Kelly, but have decided against it after the trial took one month, and jurors debated the case for two days.

"Because of the unique circumstances and challenges surrounding this case, the Santa Cruz County Attorney's Office has decided not to seek a retrial," prosecutor Kim Hunley said during a status hearing in Santa Cruz County Superior Court, according to Tuscon.com.

The case centered on allegations that Kelly acted with reckless disregard for human life when firing nine rounds at two unarmed people who were on his property. Kelly and his defense team claimed he fired the rounds above the pair's heads, and that he was protecting his wife and his property.

He was charged with second-degree murder for Baltimea, and aggravated assault against the other migrant named Daniel Ramirez. Prosecutors had instructed the jury at the time that they could still find Kelly guilty of a lower charge such as manslaughter, aggravated assault, and negligent homicide, if they did not think his actions constituted second-degree murder.

Kelly has maintained his innocence ever since he was charged last year, and even rejected a plea deal that would have reduced the charges to one count of negligent homicide in exchange for pleading guilty.

Texas: “We're going to gain, maintain, expand. We're going to cut off illegal entry into the state of Texas.” WOW! Such a plan!

Texas continues to build concertina wire barriers, border wall

By Bethany Blankley | The Center Square contributor April 29, 2024 justthenews.com

Texas is currently embroiled in lawsuits with the Biden administration over the concertina wire barriers and marine barriers in the Rio Grande River, arguing it has the constitutional right to defend its border.

Texas National Guard troops are continuing to build concertina wire barriers and expand Texas’ border wall through Gov. Greg Abbott’s border security mission, Operation Lone Star.

Since launching OLS three years ago, Texas achieved a milestone this month of installing more than 100 miles of concertina wire along the Texas-Mexico border.

Gov. Abbott has argued the concertina wire is an effective barrier that denies illegal entry. Texas is currently embroiled in lawsuits with the Biden administration over the concertina wire barriers and marine barriers in the Rio Grande River, arguing it has the constitutional right to defend its border. Congress has passed laws to secure the border the president is flouting, Gov. Abbott maintains, which is why Texas is “stepping up to secure the border and protect Americans.”

In the border county of Zapata, the Texas National Guard is continuing to build the Texas border wall. “Texas won’t back down. We are using every tool available to secure the border in Biden’s absence,” Gov. Abbott said when posting a video of the wall’s construction.

Earlier this month, he also posted a video of Texas’ border wall being constructed in neighboring Maverick County.

Roughly every month, he posts videos on social media of Texas border wall construction.

Of the more than $11.6 billion the Texas Legislature allocated to OLS over a four-year period, $3.1 billion was allocated to expand border barriers and infrastructure, including constructing Texas’ border wall, The Center Square reported.

In addition to Texas taxpayers funding OLS, Americans have donated funds towards Texas’ border security efforts. According to state data, as of Dec. 8, 2023, Texas has received over $55.4 million in donations to fund its border wall and over $100,000 to fund its border security efforts.

Texas began building its wall identifying an initial 40 miles “of the highest priority to secure the border,” costing roughly $25 million a mile, The Center Square reported.

Hundreds of miles west of Zapata and Maverick counties in El Paso County, Texas National Guard soldiers are continuing to reinforce miles of newly installed concertina wire. In a recent OLS video, Spc. Newman Gideon, explained their efforts, saying, “My responsibility on the border is to provide security for the teams going in and clearing out brush to make way for more concertina wire. If there’s a hole that’s already been cut, we are going to take pliers and wire cutters to repair and close that gap they created,” referring to illegal foreign nationals. He said it’s important that the Texas National Guard “is here to stop migrants crossing into the United States.”

Texas’ military operations base is also being expanded in Eagle Pass, The Center Square reported. Texas OLS Forward Operating Base camp will house 1,800 troops with the ability to expand up to 2,300, the governor first announced in February.

"Texas is amassing a large army in a very strategic area" to increase the speed and flexibility of soldiers' ability to respond to illegal activity, he said when posting a video of the recent build out.

In January, Texas’ first Border Czar Mike Banks had served his first year helping to direct OLS efforts. “The border has always been a very tough issue, not just politically but actually the terrain because every time you put something in place that starts working the cartels on the south side adjust. It's a monumental job,” he said in a video reflecting on his first year.

Texas will continue to protect Texans and Americans, he said, backed by “a determined legislature working with the governor to create enhanced consequences and create laws in addition to what we're doing. We're going to keep pushing forward. We're not going to back down.”

The Center Square first reported on Banks’ first year and OLS efforts effectively moving illegal entry west into New Mexico, Arizona and California.

“As Texas gains control of an area,” Banks told The Center Square, “we're going to maintain that area and we're going to expand. We're going to gain, maintain, expand. We're going to cut off illegal entry into the state of Texas.”

A Texas congressman filed a bill in February requesting Congress to reimburse Texas for its border security efforts, The Center Square reported.

This illegal lawless destructive silent invasion of foreign illegal aliens has and will continue to destroy our once great Republic! Is anyone concerned? If so, what are you going to do about it?

Hundreds of migrants hitch train ride to El Paso border — Texas prepares for another potential riot

Candace Hathaway April 26, 2024 theblaze.com

Hundreds of migrants have hitched a ride on a train bound for the El Paso-Juarez border, with the first group arriving earlier this week, according to Border Report.

The train, referred to as "La Bestia," or "the Beast," is carrying an unknown number of foreign nationals hoping to seek asylum in the United States. It is also referred to as the "Death Train," because migrants risk their lives riding on top of and clinging to the side of the cargo cars.

The New York Post noted that the Mexican government has recently stopped cracking down on the train rides.

Some of the migrants who just arrived in Juarez plan to head to the port of entry in El Paso and make asylum claims, while others intend to enter the country illegally by crossing the Rio Grande River. Individuals wishing to claim asylum are supposed to schedule an appointment with the Department of Homeland Security through the CBP One app and then check in at a port of entry. However, many have chosen to avoid designated entry points and cross over illegally.

An 18-year-old Venezuelan national told Border Report, "I am traveling by myself and they're waiting for me in Florida."

"I left (Venezuela) on February 5 and I stayed in Mexico some time and the (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) appointment never came. […] I will go to the river and see what happens," he stated.

CBP agent Orlando Marrero-Rubio told Border Report, "Anybody that comes into our country between ports of entry, they're doing it in an illegal way, regardless of your immigration status. Even for United States citizens it's completely illegal to make an entry between ports of entry."

Reports of the large group of migrants riding on the train began surfacing on Tuesday, a law enforcement official told the news outlet.

In response to the incoming migrants, the Texas National Guard was issued nonlethal pepper ball ammunition, a National Guard source told the Post. In March and April, large groups of illegal migrants stormed the border, destroying barriers and pushing past law enforcement authorities. The illegal aliens outnumbered the National Guardsmen.

The Post reported that one migrant attempted to grab a guardsman's firearm during the March incident. Authorities confiscated knives and shanks from some of the individuals involved in the rush.

“These people were willing to assault military,” a source told the Post. “They were willing to assault law enforcement. They have complete disregard for our laws.”

Since then, additional troops have been deployed, and fencing has been reinforced.
